Returns Policy
Please check all goods as soon as you get them.You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days.
Some goods are shiped by Courier. If goods are apparently damaged upon delivery, please do not sign the delivery sheet, as this will limit your claim against the courier for damage in transit.All other goods are shipped by royalmail,any damaged or lost items, you should make a claim against royal mail.We recommend you retain all packaging for such a claim.
Returns Policy - Faulty Goods/Incorrect Item
We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper, using or damaging item.
Please contact us for a returns authorisation code(Returns number) prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code(Returns number) and returns slip, with your order number name address email and reason for return.All goods must be return with in 14 days on receiving goods.
Returns Policy - Unwanted Item/Non-Faulty
Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition, suitable for resale.
We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery. Goods that are personal care or personal hygenie , medical or special orders will not be accepted for returns. This is for the protection of all our customers, as we do not sell seconds.
All unwanted items/non-faulty goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred.
